The specialists for family and children's marketing from Hamburg once again secured the budget for DB Fernverkehr's children's and family themes.

KB&B remains the lead agency for Deutsche Bahn Fernverkehr and continues to provide strategic, conceptual and operational support for children's and family marketing for ICE and IC travellers. The Hamburg-based team of experts for kids and family topics was able to prevail against renowned competitors in a multi-stage pitch and secure the budget for the next four years.

In the past years, KB&B has already been responsible for the strategic consulting and creative implementation of comprehensive DB family offers in long-distance transport and strategically developed the target group. The agency was also responsible for the relaunch of the successful children's magazines LeseLOK and miniLOK, the further development and relaunch of the children's website der-kleine-ice.de and the development of a 3D app for Der kleine ICE. In addition, there were various larger and smaller special campaigns, partly in cooperation with the marketing team, in which Der kleine ICE and its products and services also received communication space and attention in the larger railway context.

For the next four years, comprehensive travel and family-related service expansions are already planned on board, such as in the children's and youth entertainment area of the ICE portal, the expansion of customer service for families on trains or comprehensive campaigns and exciting cooperations.
