KB&B and Deutsche Bahn expand cooperation

KB&B and Deutsche Bahn expand cooperation
The Hamburg agency for family and children's marketing takes over another Deutsche Bahn account and has also been responsible for children's and youth communication/marketing for the DB Group since April.

KB&B has been responsible for the strategic and operational support for children's and youth communication/marketing for Deutsche Bahn AG since 1 April 2022. The Hamburg-based team of experts for children and family issues was able to prevail in the pitch against renowned competitors from Europe and secure the partnership until March 2025.

"We are very pleased about Deutsche Bahn's trust in our expertise and look forward to the new tasks and exciting projects. DB Fernverkehr has been one of our valued clients for many years. We are all the more thrilled to now also support and advise Deutsche Bahn in the area of children's and youth communication," says KB&B founder and managing director Rolf Kosakowski.

The object of the contract is, among other things, the supervision (e.g. planning, consulting, conception, organisation as well as the conceptual, graphic and textual design) and the realisation of communication projects of DB in the field of children's and youth communication/marketing. This includes the implementation and further development of the children's website www.olis-bahnwelt.de, as well as other existing measures. In addition, strategic consulting and new conception of creative measures, campaigns and formats for the young target groups (analogue, digital and live) are also being planned.

"We want to get the young target groups excited about our company and provide even more insights into the colourful and diverse world of Deutsche Bahn. With KB&B we have found the specialist agency for this, which has convinced us with creative ideas and a lot of experience in dealing with children and young people but also in the field of education,"
emphasised Nicole Schumacher, Head of Public Relations/Content Marketing/Media at Deutsche Bahn AG.
